We have developed the booking process to be as simple as possible yet detailed enough to avoid any misunderstanding of the product and services booked.

DISCO CONTRACT AMENDMENTS AFTER BOOKING
Please remember that your music start and finish time are as stated in your disco package that you have chosen at the time of booking which forms a contract between us. If after booking and before your celebration, you then require us to arrive earlier in the day or stay later in the evening to either -
* provide music earlier or later;
* provide products earlier or later;
* set up earlier for logistical reasons that were not factored in the original quote that was accepted by the client;
*be in attendance for any other reason other than what your booking quote/contract timing agreement states,
*stagger timings for a later finish,
*pause the disco for another musician or band or set up earlier for a band.
We may not be available for an earlier or later service/attendance due to other commitments made since your booking. If we are able to provide a different service to your original quote, then we will requote a disco package based on your new circumstances and our current prices.
This will then void your original booking quote/contract and a new quote/contract would then need to be created adding these extra products/services/timings.
This new quote will be based on our current prices which may result in an extra charge for our time or extra service required.
Disco timings and set up times are communicated at booking. If you still require the same disco duration time but require the disco service to begin at different time then this will void you contract and we will email a requote based on our current prices. If the client does not accept the requote and decides to cancel our services then the £99 is not refundable. We reserve our dates exclusively for our clients and turn away furture bookings. It is the responsibility of the client to know their own disco timings at their own wedding and to organise and contact their venue before booking our services.
We communicate our disco sets up times at the point of booking. If the client later communicates that we do not have enough time then this may mean that we can not start at the quoted time. This does not then mean our disco services will be staggereed for a later disco finish. It is the responsibility of the client to communicate her wedding timings to us. In such situations a requote will be made with a late fee added.
There will be opportunity for the client to upgrade their chosen package or opt for any added extras during the planning process running up to the celebration and an extra invoice will be raised for any additional fee. Changes in the way of a financial subtraction or downgrading to a lesser disco package after the booking has been agreed and booking fee has been taken is not permitted and therefore refunds on disco packages will not be given with the agreed contract cost being the minimum amount we will provide our services.
BOOKED SET DISCO PACKAGES AND AMENDMENTS
Once our set disco packages are booked then if you find later that you do not require a product(s) or a service of that package then the individual cost of that item cannot be ‘traded’ in as a refund for a cheaper total overall disco amount.
If a product or service has been booked but we find we are not able to provide the service due to room space or layout then this product or service cannot be refunded.
Our set disco packages have been created to offer an overall discount to those items if they were added individually. If you find at a later date you no longer need that item, then this would mean that this item would not be given and brought along for your celebration date. This booking forms the contract of our services gievn, and the package total charge cannot be reduced later.
When you are quoted a price this includes it's timings and set up timings. If after booking you want us to stagger the disco service window later in the night then we will have to check our own availability to do so and there will be a late fee for a later disco finish.
YOUR £99 BOOKING FEE
The £99 booking fee reserves your date with us from and stops us from taking up enquiries and booking other prospective employment on your date.
If within 14 days of booking us and paying £99 for whatever reason you decide to cancel your contract with us then please apply in writing for a full refund of the booking fee of £99.
After 14 days this amount is non-refundable if you should you cancel our services for whatever reason.
Yuor booking fee will need to be paid in 3 days.
YOUR DISCO SET UP TIMINGS
Please consider our set up times given in your email quote/contract in your event logistics and your room availability at the point of booking. If after booking and before your celebration you find you require us to set up earlier in the evening/morning or day before, then we will need to check our availability and there will be an extra cost for us to provide an earlier service window or be in attendance for any other reason.
CLIENTS RESPONSIBILITY
Our clients book Posh Wedding Discos® because we offer unique and stunning disco sets, décor and furniture. We believe our disco sets are head and shoulders above our competitors and therefore, sometimes, require just a bit more time to set up, but are well worth it!
Venues can sometimes assume a disco set to be basic and so may automatically assume and predict your chosen disco set up time and products and allocate a 'room turnover' time to you. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that we have enough set up time to deliver the disco package and any extra products and services that they have chosen at the point of booking.
Please check your room turnover time at the point of booking us to ensure enought set up time/
You may also want to communicate and relay our set up times in the disco quote/contract email we sent you upon booking us with your coordinator. You will need to discuss these with your venue wedding coordinator during the logistic meeting with them when discussing room turnover timings.
Should you not give us all the required information then Posh Wedding Discos® reserves the right to withdraw their services.

We are more than happy to be flexible where possible and there are a number of work arounds we can do and so any issues we recommend contacting us so we can see what can be done.
Should the client not give timely responses causing Posh Wedding Discos® to send multiple emails or telephone calls asking for critical infromation and causing overdue administration then Posh Wedding Discos reserves the right to withdraw their services immediately and will inform their client of this decision in by email.
