Disco Booking Overview

Prior to any event that is booked with Posh Wedding Discos® the client agrees to this wedding disco document Terms Of Service given to them at the back of the Posh Wedding Discos brochure and listed on the website.

An email booking quote of the disco timings, products and services, and set-up time will be sent to the client after discussing their disco requirements. When the clients have confirmed and accepted the quote, this will then be used as a point of reference in the future to the disco contents and timings that they have agreed and booked.

Once agreed, then the Posh Wedding Discos® Event Planning & Booking Form will be sent to the client to collect theirs and their venue details so we can provide our products and services.

Agreeing & returning the Posh Wedding Discos® Event planning & Booking Form, together with a payment of a £99 booking fee, this then acts as a contract between Posh Wedding Discos® and the client. Should the client cancel their booking contract for any reason then the booking fee paid will be non refundable for loss of business to other prospective clients.

Both of these are required to secure the booking and is also a guarantee to the client that we will ‘save the date’ with them and provide the products and services that is specified in the email booking quote.
